It took many years for me to realize that I love a perfectly crafted omelette.  Now, a classic omelette is one of my favorite meals.  Whether for breakfast or lunch or dinner or midnight snack – if you’ve got eggs, you’ve got an omelette. stone soup breakfast

My big brother and sister-in-law are in town for the weekend from San Antonio, so this morning we met for breakfast at Stone Soup Cafe and Market on Cooper.  I’ve wanted to try it out for a while, and this morning was the perfect opportunity to try breakfast.
